Booking an appointment

Reservation iscan be done by phone (379 490 490) or by email (info@spoke.cz). The rental fee is paid in advance either in cash at the store or by transfer (we will send payment documents to your email).

In case of cancellation of the reservation, we charge a cancellation fee. If the reservation is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled pick-up date, the cancellation fee is 10% of the rental price. If the reservation is canceled 7-14 days from the scheduled pick-up date, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days from the scheduled pick-up datepick-up is a cancellation fee of 100% of the rental price.
